**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Purpose of the Position**:
- Provide additional administrative support to the Operations team supporting the stores
- Processes improvements to ensure consistency across both stores
- Provide additional administrative support to the GM of Operations as required
- Enhance and maintain stocktake procedures
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Entering suppliers invoices and performing supplier reconciliations
- Payment of supplier invoices
- Processing Stock transfers & Inventory adjustments
- Liaise with warehouse and stores in regards to Stock Transfers & Dispatch
- Liaise with warehouse, sales staff and suppliers to the expedite customer queries
- Following up outstanding payments with customers for stock that has been delivered as required
**Role Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to learn in house systems (experience with Pronto is highly desirable)
- Previous retail and administrative experience advantageous, particularly within the furniture industry
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize workload are a must
- Knowledge of Excel highly regarded
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
