**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible:
Role: Retail Manager

Location: Preston, VIC 3072

**Salary**: $75,000 plus super
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including sales and holiday promotions
- Manage budgets and provide reports to senior executives
- Monitor stock levels and service standards
- Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and deliver personalized experiences
- Oversee store operations and assign responsibilities to staff
- Formulate purchasing policies and set pricing strategies
- Promote and advertise products and services
- Sell goods and services, providing product advice to customers
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Handle budgeting for the establishment
- Supervise and guide staff to optimize performance
- Manage staff selection, training, and supervision
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Pay: $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 5 years (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 5 years (required)
