**About Mister Bartender**

Mister Bartender is Melbourne’s premier mobile cocktail bar service, known for delivering unforgettable experiences at weddings, corporate events, activations, and luxury private functions. We’re a fast-growing, high-energy business working with major brands, event planners, and venues across the city. We’re now looking for a full-time **Content Creator (Marketing)** to help us bring our story to life online.

**What you’ll do**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Creating and editing short-form videos and images for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Planning and scheduling content using platforms like Meta Business Suite or Later
- Collaborating with the team to shoot at live events (some nights and weekends required)
- Writing engaging captions and marketing copy that aligns with the brand voice
- Tracking post performance and engagement metrics
- Supporting content strategy and campaign rollouts
- Helping design branded assets or simple graphics when needed

**Who we’re looking for**
- Degree in marketing, digital media, communications (or similar) + 1+ year of content creation experience _OR_ 5+ years of professional experience in a digital content or social media role
- Must have practical experience working in a cocktail bar or events bar setting
- Strong skills in video editing, photography, and digital storytelling
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Excellent written English and grammar
- Social media savvy with an understanding of trends, audience engagement, and platform best practices
- Can work autonomously and manage time across multiple projects
- Flexible to work evenings or weekends to capture content at events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coburg North VIC 3058: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- 50% (preferred)
