Support children with diverse learning needs while working collaboratively with the educational team and families to foster inclusive practices and meaningful connections for all children

Guide educators to understand the specific needs of individual children and how they can help support all children better, promoting integration and inclusive practices throughout the centre
Collaborate and reflect as a team upon best practices
Deliver professional and mature approaches

About You
Hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards an Early Childhood Education and Care qualification)
Proven experience working with children with diverse learning needs in a long day care setting (highly desirable but not required)
Hold a current and State relevant Working with Children's Check
Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
