Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this global business is looking for a stand-out marketer to join its team. The business has a strong presence in the consumer healthcare market with clinic diagnostic services and retail products alike; they are very focused on providing client-focused healthcare to all Australians. They are in a highly competitive marketplace and need to maximise their market presence with strong multi-media campaigning.

**Responsibilities**:
Your primary objective will be to focus on the marketing calendar whilst driving brand awareness and lead generation. The office is based in North Sydney but you will have the option to work from home as part of their hybrid model.

You will focus on the following:

- Lead marketing campaigns from start to finish across all channels including digital and traditional
- Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to create cohesion across the marketing strategy
- Focus on the customer lifecycle as a part of your strategy
- Manage the marketing budget
- Be responsible for media planning, buying and project managing any media productions, either TV, Print or other
- Collaborate and manage external agency relationships
- Manage marketing activities for local clinic networks
- Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing
- 5 years of Multisite marketing experience preferably with a strong consumer focus
- Experience managing external agencies
- Well developed problem solving and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- eCommerce skills including Magento, HTML
- Website analytic tools including Google Analytics, Mail Chimp and Facebook Business Manager
- Skilled in print, POS and other retail marketing tools
