**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage Office 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Office 365 environments.
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis, including system and integration testing, compatibility testing, and regression testing.
- Utilize testing tools such as Azure DevOps and demonstrate experience in test planning, execution, and defect triage.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering O365 solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting O365 environments from a technical perspective.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in organizational change management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Office 365 products and environment (MS Teams, Skype for Business, Flow, Sway, Stream, Planner, PowerBI, and Office 365 Productivity Suite).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test analysis.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Experience in MS Azure and PowerShell.
- Experience in analyzing and solving business problems.
- Understanding of the end-user experience.
- Experience with testing tools, including Azure DevOps.
- Experience in agile projects and active participation in agile ceremonies.

**Evaluation Criteria**:

- Experience in delivering O365 solutions.
- Technical expertise in supporting O365 environments.
- Organizational change management experience.
- Experience with Office 365 products and environment.
- Test analysis experience.
- Experience in MS Azure and PowerShell.
- Ability to analyze and solve business problems.
- Understanding of the end-user experience.
- Experience with testing tools and agile projects.
