UKG Pro WFM integration lead

This will be an excellent opportunity for a Integration Consultant looking for a step up, or those currently working at a lead / manager level looking for a new challenge.

As the integration lead, you'll take ownership of UKG Pro WFM integrations from start to finish. You'll work closely with smart, passionate people to design, build and deliver solutions that make a real impact on efficiency, accuracy and employee experience.

What you'll do

* Lead the design, build, test and rollout of UKG Pro WFM integrations

* Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve problems and create better processes

* Guide and support junior team members

* Find new ways to improve system performance and simplify workflows

* Stay current with UKG and Boomi updates to keep things running at their best

What you'll bring

* Demonstratable experience in UKG Pro WFM integrations

* Hands-on knowledge of Boomi (certification a nice to have - extra points though)

* Strong communication skills and a love of problem solving

* Experience working in retail, manufacturing or healthcare environments a bonus

Salary: Up to $195k including super, plus excellent benefits.
