**THE COMPANY**
An adaptable and organised rostering coordinator is needed to play an integral support role at a leading disability service provider in Southeast Queensland.
Having been in the industry for over 20 years, our client prides themselves on providing exceptional in-home support services to support independent living, community access and child protection services to clients.
The business is recognised as a provider of choice by current and potential clients and their families, locally and nationally.
**THE ROLE**
The key purpose of this role is to create and coordinate rosters for the support workers, who provide services to the large number of clients they deliver care too.
By utilising strong stakeholder management, and immersing yourself in the business, this role will accurately align support workers with clients to fulfill individual needs.
Additionally, this role will embrace shifting technology to enhance efficiency. They will feel confident guiding support workers through this change.
**DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure clear communication to meet client needs.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to ensure effective roster management.
- Being able to communicate developing needs in manpower and potential challenges as they arise to support aligned recruitment activities.
- Ability to work across conflicting priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Understand compliance and legislation requirements.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**
To succeed in this role, the successful applicant will be able to meet changing needs and demands in a fast-paced environment.
They will understand the importance of matching clients’ needs with support workers skills and abilities, coupled with being able to quickly make well-executed changes to rosters when required.
Previous experience in managing rosters and recruitment will be highly regarded.
