An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Retail team as a Product Manager.

In this diverse role, you will oversee portfolio management of a range of open and legacy Life Insurance products distributed by financial advisers. You will be adept at converting product ideas into workable solutions and be confident in navigating approval processes and working with technology on product delivery in an agile environment. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will support execution of the product strategy, to drive Zurich’s Life Insurance offering to meet the needs of our customers and their advisors.

If you have a strong track record in life product management and development, this will be the ideal role.

- Strong experience in product management and product development
- Deep understanding of the Life Insurance legal framework and the Life Insurance Code of Practice
- High level of commercial acumen with demonstrable understanding of P&L drivers
- Good understanding of life insurance in superannuation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in an agile environment
- A customer-focussed mindset and high degree of initiative
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
