- Ability to prioritise opportunities by weighing business and customer needs in decision making
- Proven track record for driving positive customer solutions through deep advocacy and clever problem solving
- A practical understanding of Agile development and product delivery lifecycle
- This role requires an understanding of accounting practice and project financials

- You're a self-starter who can identify improvement opportunities within the team and see things through to delivery in partnership with them
- Deeply analytical, you’re inquisitive and question potential conclusions and assumptions to form well rounded team solutions
**WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY**
Total Synergy is a group of people-centred by a great culture. We have meaningful values, a hardworking and supportive team, and a vision that is focused on growing our community of users around the world.
We are a jeans and t-shirt company, family-friendly, transparent and open, generally quite nerdy, and supportive of each other. We’re based in a very cool, custom-designed office in central North Sydney for those based there — close to transport and services, surrounded by lots of eateries, cafes, drinking holes for those that like this, and shops — and we’ve earned a few perks along the way, like barista coffee, a well-stocked drinks fridge, cool tees + hoodies, professional development resources, a coaching culture, are supportive of either working from home or in office, and we continue to review and add to these as we go. We value diversity of perspective and seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from any and all backgrounds.
If you require any specific support during the hiring process, please advise us and we will be happy to adapt according to your needs.
You will get feedback if you are not progressing but if you are, this is the process to expect:
In the first instance you will speak to our People and Culture team virtually using teams.
Meet with Danny Beaton our Product Team Lead who this role reports into
Complete a Pshycometric Assessment that will feed into your development plan
Team - meet and greet
Chat with the CCO Daniel Cran and the product and dev LT team while we finalise the agreement
