- Coordinate necessary organisational changes (e.g., hiring, team expansion, systems updates) to support product launches and ensure the right resources are in place.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on the product vision, driving alignment between product, design, development, and operations.
- Iterate quickly on product features and design to achieve Product-Market Fit, testing and refining the product based on customer feedback.
- Continuously improve the product, incorporating insights from customer usage, market trends, and competitor analysis to optimize the market fit.
- Make data-driven decisions on whether to scale the product as a core offering or exit the market if the product fails to gain traction.
- Ensure regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, iterations, and strategic decisions.
