- About the role:_

As the Office Administrative Assistant, you will be working in conjunction with the Office Manager to assist in an array of daily general administration duties. Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with customers and clients;
- Entering timesheets, supplier information and new jobs into the company software;
- Data entry of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
- Maintaining manual filing;
- Organising supplier invoices;
- Processing sales orders and entering purchase orders; and
- Assisting with sales activities such as production of brochures and field day bookings.
- About you:_

To be successful in the role, you will be adaptable and eager to learn. Your high levels of attention to detail, accuracy and methodical approach will assist in a role that works with numbers. Previous experience with Excel is highly advantageous and general knowledge of basic accounts is preferred. You will be trained in the position with the intent to work independently as you progress.
