**Client Manager, Health & Benefits Australia**

You will be part of a multi-disciplined Health & Benefits team comprised of colleagues who look after accident and health, private health insurance, and life insurance, and who work in close collaboration with People Solutions and the broader Aon business to deliver exceptional value to clients.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices.

**What the day will look like**
Reporting directly to the Client Director, you will be managing an insurance portfolio of clients across Life Insurance.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Growing an existing book of business through internal and external new business prospecting
- Engagement and negotiation with Life Insurance markets
- Utilising data and analytics to provide insights to clients and support marketing strategies across Life Insurance
- Managing a portfolio of small to medium, large national and multi-national clients
- Designing and executing service plans to deliver superior client outcomes and aligns to client needs
- Facilitation of strategic claim reviews to ensure the best outcomes for all parties
- Developing appropriate solutions to meet client needs resulting in improved client outcomes and retention
- Working collaboratively with national colleagues to build best in class solutions for Aon clients

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Previous experience at least 5 years in group risk for insurers or consulting/broking company or rehabilitation firm
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Extensive knowledge of Group Risk programs including the various legislative requirements
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple consulting engagements for a diverse range of clients
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, in-house designed databases)
- Have superior time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects projects/deadlines simultaneously.
- General Insurance Broking and/ or, Life and superannuation certification will be viewed favourably
