This is a full-time must work on-site located in Coburg,
- data entry of clients financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- preparing financial reports, bank reconciliations, as well as managing payroll, and general bookkeeping,
- client enquiries and will respond to phone calls for business clients and see business clients in office
- Must have minimum 3 years experience in XERO software having used Dext will help if not will be trained to use Dext softwareDemonstrated
- experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as XeroExperience with Microsoft Office software, particularly Xero and Dext
- financial records and interpret them for management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Experience with some Australian tax laws and regulations

**Salary**: $49,423.21 - $64,890.95 per year

- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
- Xero: 2 years (required)
