Coburg, Australia Base Piling Group Full time

As our Assistant Accountant/Bookkeeper, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our accounts run as efficiently as the projects we deliver. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Attending to all Bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and reconcile aged payables and aged receivables.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Processing payroll.
- Monthly Management Reports (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) to Managing

Director.
- Preparation of monthly IAS and quarterly BAS.
- Various administrative duties

Who are we looking for?

- 2-4 years of local bookkeeping experience.
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping.
- Experience with Xero software.
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Must be driven, have determination, integrity, and good organisational and time

management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $48,949.68 - $82,820.93 per year

**Education**:

- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
