**About the role**

This role is based at the DuluxGroup Innovation Centre in Calyton and forms part of R&D & Data Solutions team within the Dulux business. The role is key in supporting the development of innovative new technologies and products that offer both product performance and cost savings.

This is a diverse role, where you will be responsible for management of key R&D software solutions employed in the development of new and improved coatings. You will manage and enhance ProductVision, Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.

This is a high engagement and collaborative role, where you will work with varied teams across the business. You will establish low/no code capability as well as administer and support the respective technologies. You will also be responsible for providing user training and support across the business.

It is an excellent opportunity for you to make an impact across the business as you will collaborate with internal stakeholder across multiple SBU’s and functions on solutions design and requirements. This role provides you a brilliant platform that will nurture your career, as you will also have an opportunity to engage in diverse automation and robotics projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage Power Platform and SharePoint software platform
- Enhance ProductVision features, properties, and workflows to the system
- Manage user access and training
- Monitor interface between ProductVision and SAP; managing relationships with vendors and obtaining support

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience with the maintenance and support of Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Power Platform or similar systems
- Experience in managing or developing software solutions is preferable
- Proficient in SQL with hands on experience working with relational databases
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders
