**Avard Civil is seeking a Full-Time experienced Finance Administrator / Book Keeper to assist the finance department.**
**The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic team in our new administration office situated in East Bendigo.**
**Working hours and conditions can be flexible and will be negotiated with successful applicant.**
**Qualifications & experience**:
- Experienced computer skills including Internet and Microsoft office
- Proficient in Excel & Data Spreadsheets
- Demonstrated accounts payable and receivable experience
- Experienced in Accounting Packages & Payroll Processing
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- Accounts Payable Management
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Payroll, Superannuation, Workcover, Payroll Tax, LSL, STP
- End of Month reconciliations & journals
- Maintenance of Insurance policies
- BAS preparation & reporting
**Preferred qualities**:
- Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software
- Strong administrative abilities with a high level of attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to keep on top of multiple tasks
- Competent follow up skills
**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
