Sydney, Australia NSW Government -Department of Customer Service Full time

**Content Advisor, Ongoing, Flexible location with hybrid working**

Reporting to the Principal Product Owner, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to migrate and transform content from NSW Government agencies website onto nsw.gov.au. You will create, edit and deliver targeted, engaging, relevant and effective NSW Government digital communications, products and services to customers.

You will create effective NSW Government digital communications and improve how customers experience Government services which will create better digital experiences for the people of NSW.

The NSW Government Digital Channels team is responsible for central NSW Government digital channels including the NSW Government website and NSW Government Facebook. On these channels we provide an inclusive, consistent, high-quality experience for NSW Government customers.

The OneCX Program will migrate over 500 websites across NSW Government onto a single website at nsw.gov.au,. OneCX Program of work aims to create a customer-centric digital experience based on customer needs. Our whole-of-government website strategy will focus on creating better digital experiences for people in NSW. As more content is published on nsw.gov.au, there will be fewer websites centred around the structure of government.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Research, curate, write, and publish high quality text and visual content for digital channels
- Identify new content trends and how these can be used to enhance the digital customer experience of NSW Government communications, products and services
- Ensure digital content is inclusive and applies best practice methodologies and industry recognised systems, processes and guidelines

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills with a proven ability to work across multiple tasks and a desire to build strong partnerships
- Experience with content management systems, image and video editing tools
- Experience in producing content in line with WCAG 2.0, Plain English and optimised for search engines
- A strong work ethic with a can-do attitude that enables you to execute projects to tight timelines
- Understanding of agile practices

**What we need from you**:
Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101947 base plus superannuation
