  • Monitor emerging WHS trends, case law, and regulator updates to keep content current and relevant.
  • Partner with internal WHS, Legal, and HR teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with service delivery.
  • Provide technical input and guidance to internal advisory teams on WHS matters.
  • Contribute to webinars, e-learning modules, newsletters, and safety communications.

About You

To succeed, you will have:

  • Solid understanding of WHS legislation, regulations, and Codes of Practice.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing WHS documentation such as policies, procedures, and compliance tools.
  • Strong analytical and research capability, with confidence interpreting legal or regulatory materials.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and tone.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver quality outcomes to deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (essential).
  • Bachelor's degree in WHS, Law, or a related discipline (desirable).

Why Join?

  • Impact: Your work will directly shape the WHS content and tools used by thousands of businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaboration: Join a supportive, flat-structured team culture where sharing knowledge and learning is encouraged.
