We are currently seeking a Product Specialist with Banking and Financial Services experience to join our Product Management team on a permanent basis. This position will provide effective product management support through assisting the Product Management team to ensure that all Retail, Wholesale, Insurance and Mobility products are relevant, effective, financially efficient, profitable and compliant in terms of both local regulatory and VWFS' internal & external requirements.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Be a key support resource for the Product team across activities including new product development, in life product management, risk & compliance as well as system support
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and act as a product support across the lifecycle of all retail and wholesale finance products
- Analyse internal and external data sources to improve understanding of retail, wholesale, insurance, mobility products markets and competitor activities
- Provide analytical support to assist with the development of regular retail, wholesale, insurance product reviews including product performance, fee analysis etc
- Provide input into modelling to assess the impact potential product adjustments could have on performance and profitability and use these findings to help develop recommendations for future products and predict potential profitability and product growth

**Assisting the Exectuive Manager - Product and Digital and the Product Manager**:

- Manage and execute processes to ensure that all product documents meet governance, compliance, legal requirements and assist with sign-off processes
- Manage the VWFS' document inventory
- Compiling PowerPoint presentations for product proposals and market/competitor insights
- Generate regular reports and analysis of product performance
- Correspond with internal and external stakeholders in relation to system development and process
- Develop and deliver product tools and product training modules for front office, back office staff, dealerships and the business manager network
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Financial Services, Banking industry (preferably in credit/lending environment)
- Automotive industry experience is highly desirable (preferably in Finance & Insurance)
- Minimum Bachelors qualifications applicable to Business, Finance, Commerce and Law
- General risk and compliance awareness
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and ability to influence without authority
- Advanced analytical, organisational and co-ordination skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders from both front and back office teams
