**About the role of Centre Manager - Nominated Supervisor**

As the key to success, we are searching for an experienced and dedicated Manager/Nominated Supervisor to lead the team and set the standards for a new level of care. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the recruitment and selection of the team and the excitement of opening a brand-new service. We see this role as paramount to the success of the business and achieving a welcoming environment for families, children and educators.

In addition to the important role of Nominated Supervisor under the National Quality Framework, our Service Manager will be responsible for creating a harmonious and inviting environment for children, families and educators. Responsibilities will include:

- Involved in the selection of team members prior to opening
- Set up of learning environments for children
- Marketing and promoting the service in the community
- Establishing strong and productive community relationships
- Financial KPI’s including around occupancy, wages and purchasing

**Skills and experience**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood ACECQA approved qualification
- Previous experience as a Director/Manager of an Early Childhood Education and Care Service
- Exceptional customer service
- Commitment to the National Quality Framework and ability support the team to provide exceeding early education and care
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Compliance orientated approach
- Demonstrated ability to inspire others to be their best

**Salary**: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
