Distribution Supervisor

Location - Beresfield, NSW.

Our Client Based in
**Beresfield** is on the Hunt for a safety focused Distribution Supervisor to help man their afternoon shift. Be apart of a well known established business who is a leader in their industry and use your people management and organisational skills to help lead the team.

**HOURS OF WORK**
Afternoon shift rotating roster.

Week 1-Monday to Friday

Week 2- Tuesday to Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure correct product rotation.
- Ensure all required KPI targets are met on a daily basis.
- Ensure orders are picked on time to enable trucks to be loaded and dispatched as per MOS (minimum operating standard).
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Ensure trucks are loaded correct and in a timely manner, ensure MOS is met.
- Manage shift roster / manning levels and employee performance.
- Maintaining high standards in WHS.
- Maintaining high standards in Food Safety.
- Ensure company GMP is adhered to.
- Maintaining high standards in general performance.
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.
- Providing a positive example for the team.
- Develop strategies to improve stock control / rotation and distribution processes.
- Improve Work health & safety performance.

**Requirements**:

- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills.
- Demonstrate competent time management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Computerised Warehouse Management experience.
- Commitment to WHS, Food Safety and Environmental Systems.
- Invoice and receiving of goods.
- People management and conflict resolution skills.
- Current forklift ticket (desirable).
- Certificate IV Frontline Management (Desirable).
- Certificate III &/or IV Warehousing Desirable).
- Food Safety & HACCP Certification (Desirable.
- Fire Warden / Extinguisher Training / Exposure (desirable).
- Spill Kit Training / Exposure(desirable).
- Fatigue Management (desirable).
