With a strong customer service focus, the Operations Supervisor** (based in Beresfield)** will undertake general organisation, coordination, and maintenance of the yard, ensuring buildings and equipment in the yard are tidy, clean and organised. In addition, the role will see a focus on ensuring repairs of our equipment are effectively scheduled to allow for a fast turn around for our next awaiting customer.

**Your new role awaits**:

- Demonstrate a safety-first attitude and provide a continuous improvement focus for the team
- Ensure the daily schedule is achieved for work in and out of the yard
- Coordinate repairs for the branch and liaison with a range of suppliers
- Demonstrate a clear and open communication with customers and colleagues
- Effectively manage a small team of trade qualified mechanics
- Complete pre-hire checks or repairs where required

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Exceptional safety awareness and experience
- Computer literate
- Ideally prior leadership experience or potential to develop
- Must have car and forklift licence
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Strong customer and outcome focus
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
