- _Making BlueCare Better._ Our community services have transformed to a Neighbourhood model with the focus of placing clients at the heart of our neighbourhood care. With the oversight of 9 Network Managers, each network neighbourhood delivers true client centre care that allows those we care for to maintain their independence and control over their own lies in their home, for as long as possible.**Your part in the BlueCare Neighbourhood**
- As a result of an internal transfer, we have an exciting senior leadership role of
- **Network Manager** available. This is a Brisbane based role and will be overseeing 12 neighbourhoods across the Brisbane North locations. Reporting to the Head of Community Services Operations, you will play both a strategic and hands-on role in ensuring operational excellence across your designated neighbourhoods. You will develop and uplift service performance and standards, overseeing budgets and revenue streams, and driving quality improvement and compliance.- As an experienced leader, you will be adept in driving operational success through your strong stakeholder and community engagement skills and ability in actively lead and grow a high performing team.**What makes a difference for us?**

Additionally, you will also possess the following skills and experience.- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in high level service delivery and quality.
- Extensive leadership and management experience in community services.
- Demonstrated financial capability to effectively manage and be accountable for an operational budget.
- Demonstrated experience in growing a business to meet and or exceed targets through innovation and maximising growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated understanding and sound knowledge of client centred, community-based care services delivery, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proven experience working within and leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated advanced level of strategic and performance leadership, management, customer service and problem solving.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices and proven experience in innovative thinking and/or ability to deliver innovative outcomes.
