**THE POSITION**

We are looking for experienced and motivated paralegals with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing Sydney team.
- Undertaking the tracking of court dates and other relevant key dates
- Managing solicitor calendars ensuring timely matter management
- Drafting, proofing and finalising general and matter related documents and correspondence
- Preparation and filing of court documents, both physical and online
- Professional and respectful customer service with clients, third parties, and colleagues
- Recording and completing billable workload to ethical billing protocol standards
- Administrative workload including general office, mail, reception and file archiving as required
- Maintaining strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Complying with file management governance standards and procedures

This role is ideally suited to career paralegals.
