We’re currently searching for a Group Reporting Manager to join us on our journey to be our trades most valuable partner.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Group Finance Leader, you will be responsible for leading the annual and half year financial reporting process for the Group including development and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with Australian regulatory requirements. You will report and present significant accounting matters to the Audit & Risk Committee and keep up to date with new reporting developments to be able to provide up to date technical accounting advice to the business. Reece is a very relationship driven business, and this role will see you build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the business. You will use your commercial acumen to make informed business decisions.

**About you**

You will have extensive experience with financial reporting including data reporting, showcasing a robust ability to analyse complex data and distil key themes. You will also have a solid understanding of AASB, IFRS, corporate governance and a strong ability to interpret relevant legislation. We are looking for someone with strong communication and relationship building skills, who is able to influence and present with confidence. Must be CA or CPA qualified. Experience preparing ASX deliverables in a listed company environment is highly desirable.
