Our client is a premier supplier of steel reinforcing solutions to Tier 1 builders and mega infrastructure projects across Australia. Servicing commercial, residential and civil construction as well as the mining, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors. They are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to provide a pivotal liaison between Site, Dispatch, Production, and Inventory Team to ensure that their requirements are understood and are being met within the best interest of the business.

**Start**: ASAP

**Location**: Bibra Lake

**Duration**: 3 months with possibility to extend

**Hours**: Full time hours (Monday - Friday)

**Pay rate**: $32 - $35ph + super

**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Inventory Manager sitting within the Planning & Inventory Service Team, the role is primarily responsible for planning where the key outcomes are. This role will work to provide a pivotal liaison between Site, Dispatch, Production, and Inventory Team to ensure that their requirements are understood and are being met within the best interest of the business.

This role is also responsible for:

- Physically and digitally receiving of supplier purchase orders.
- Picking, fulfilling, packing and consigning customer orders
- Physically & digitally handling the movement of stock around the warehouse
- Coordinating truck/ delivery movements from port to Infrabuild Steel Centre and Infrabuild Reinforcing sites.
- Performing stock counts and stock takes.
- Running and taking action on purchase order and stock fulfillment reports
- investigating and implementing better solutions that automate good tasks & processes, freeing up time and producing better results.
- General housekeeping

**The Person**
We are looking for an individual with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- A forklift license will be an advantage
