**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance - Commercial Content, this role is responsible for supporting key business stakeholders through the execution and delivery of efficient, standardised and consistently high quality reporting, planning and analysis.

You will partner with the business to ensure we are aligned with our strategic direction to drive long term profitability, and provide the financial insight to make informed business decisions on performance and future growth opportunities.
- Deliver high quality reporting for the Commercial Content business unit including both financial and non-financial information to deliver insights and support decision making at the executive level
- Support the generation of budgets and rolling forecasts, partnering with key stakeholders in Audio (podcasts) and internal creative content production teams
- Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Identify and implement process improvements and generate process efficiencies both internally in finance and with business stakeholders
- Month-end activities including journal entries and accruals
- Support project work and development of business cases as required

**About you**
- CA/CPA qualified
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong commercial acumen & professional accounting competency
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in cost management, and partnering & influencing
- Strong analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker and self-starter with a commercial approach to business
- Resilient with an ability to manage competing deadlines
