The Office Administrator is a casual fulltime role mainly supporting the business’ back of house Management and Administration team. The main function of the role will be supporting Project Management team and look after the accounts and bills in all areas of administrative and any other tasks as required. The role would suit a highly organised individual who is looking to work both autonomously and part of a wider team. This person would be highly motivated and a keen ability with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Reception Duties
- Issue invoices using Xero
- Collation of documentation, data and reporting
- Recording job reports from project management team
- Data entry inc project control for each completed projects
- Updating and maintaining company registers in excel
- Assisting the company accountant when needed
Successful Applicants Will Possess:
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- A friendly professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Great time management and organisation skill
- Proficient in working with Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Ability to work autonomously
The working hours will be 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
