**About the role
**Join our global team at GMA Garnet as a Marketing Coordinator In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in supporting and executing our strategic marketing initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to promote the GMA brand and its products/services globally, working closely with cross-functional teams, regional marketing managers, and external partners. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing brand awareness, fostering customer engagement, driving revenue growth, and supporting the overall business vision and mission.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- **Digital Content Management**:Create, edit, and optimize content across various digital platforms using CMS HubSpot.
- **Website & CRM Platform Management**:Update and enhance our website, support CRM platform rollout and training.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Use analytics tools for KPI tracking and providing actionable insights.
- **Social Media Management**:Handle content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- **Corporate & Internal Communications**:Develop and oversee internal and external communications.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.
- **Training and Knowledge Sharing**:Educate team members on digital marketing tools and techniques.
- **Marketing Communications**:Assist in traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- **Collateral & Content Development**:Collaborate in developing marketing materials.
- **Global Team Meetings**:Participate in and support key global meetings.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:Manage invoicing and budget reporting

**What you will need**
- **Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- **Experience**:1-2 years in marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in industrial marketing or B2B related industries is desirable but not essential. Experience outside of Australia is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and a quick learner of new technologies.
- Understanding of B2B industrial marketing is desirable.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and develop resonating marketing content.
- Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tech platforms is desirable.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are beneficial.
- Understanding of diverse cultures and business environments. Strong project management skills and independent thinking.
