Essential Criteria:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in HR, business and/or management.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective management systems and processes.
- Understanding the human resource needs of a small-medium sized community based NFP organisation
- Demonstrated experience in human resources preferably in community care services.
- Strong time management skills
- Sound verbal and interpersonal skills, including ability to establish and maintain working relationships and liaise effectively with senior managers, staff, participants/carers, and members of the public.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and running services, including developing the documentation required for efficient administration and co-ordination.
- Ability to prioritise and resolve problems and escalate as necessary.

Desirable Criteria:

- Familiartisation with the NDIS.
- WH&S accreditation
