**What you’ll do**:

- Provide support and assistance to the Workplace Team Leader
- Work with the Workplace team to maintain a tidy, safe and functional agile working environment
- Provide assured, efficient, timely, in-house, technical AV support (video conference and all communication platforms) to our internal and external clients with a particular focus on front-of-house and client-facing spaces
- Action invoices and other finance and administrative processes related to front of house in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintenance and purchase of general operating stationery, copy paper, office equipment and consumables
- Collaborate closely with catering and Workplace staff to provide a cohesive and seamless FoH and meetings offering
- Manage all room set ups and break downs including furniture, operable walls, whiteboards, flipcharts etc

**About you**:

- Comfortable with new technology and able to learn processes and troubleshoot problems calmly and quickly
- Experience working in a similar role or in the industries of hospitality or customer service will be highly regarded
- Ability to have a strong customer service focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Polished and professional presentation
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A self-starter who can work independently, but also contribute proactively to a strong team environment
