What this job involves
We’re looking for a Workplace Assistant to join our busy team onsite with our client based in Chatswood
**A snapshot of the role**:
Creating a comfortable, welcoming and hospital experience for all employees and their guests
Management of conference meeting rooms - bookings and ensuring they are set up correctly
Incoming and outgoing mail
General administrative activities and any other duties assigned

Retail or hospitality experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic and positive attitude
