**About the role**
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an Inventory Analyst. In this role you will support API's Vision and the Business Unit Strategy by implementing consistent processes to support the Priceline Inventory Team and broader Priceline Team in the Cosmetics Category.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining structured processes and policies for data management, parameter maintenance, and auditing tasks, ensuring completion in a consistent and effective manner. The analyst will also review, improve, implement, and manage processes and policies, with a focus on standardisation and continuous improvement. Collaborating with the Priceline Inventory Manager, the role will contribute to enhancing the replenishment and inventory management strategy, specifically optimising inventory for Priceline and its partners

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities in the role**
- Support Priceline network with promotional volume in the Fragrance category.
- Create and finalise volume allocations within specified timeframe.
- Generate orders for distribution centres and suppliers.
- Assist Fragrance category team in promotional seasonal events to increase basket size.
- Ensure timely introduction of new product lines with close collaboration between category team, suppliers, and distribution centres
- Maintain network allocational compliance improvement of over 90% annually.
- Contribute to category planning sessions for continuous growth.
- Coordinate with Priceline replenishment team to align category with replenishment parameters.
- Act as category expert, adapting to market and retail conditions.
- Conduct store visits, gather feedback from Franchise partners, and improve service, sales, and margin.
- Develop positive and effective relationships with all key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and respond to queries about the category within 24 hours.
- Maximise and improve inventory productivity measures for Priceline and its partners including weeks cover, stock turn, and GMROI.
- Conduct financial modelling predicting inventory impacts via changes to direct to store replenishment parameters.
- Minimise financial risks through effective replenishment management and recommendations.

**About you**:
**Capabilities and Experience**
- Demonstrated capability/experience in retail inventory planning or supply chain planning.
- Proven expertise in inventory management, including analysis, qualification/forecasting, and planning processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proven ability to influence others to prioritize inventory productivity and financial performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across the business hierarchy, with franchise partners, and suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions and acting.
- High sense of accountability and a passion for process improvement.
- Proficient in data management with meticulous attention to detail.
