**What you’ll do**:
We have an exciting leadership opportunity available within our tight knit Merchandise team on a **6-month contract** basis. As the Head of Category - Beauty, you will lead a dynamic team of Category Managers and play a key role in overseeing the transformation of the Beauty category strategy to ultimately drive sales and strong commercial outcomes.

Other key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Lead the vision, strategy and implement a category plan that drives sales and profit growth, with a key focus on expanding and enhancing the Private Label portfolio
- Providing leadership to store networks with a sustainable competitive advantage in beauty and skincare products and services offered to consumers
- Conduct detailed analysis, customer data to uncover insights which drive and define the beauty platform strategy and deliver the Priceline customer experience
- Collaborating across cross-functional merchandising teams, including marketing and retail media partners to drive strategic initiatives and enhance business performance

**What you’ll bring**:
Other attributes and experiences that will make you succeed include:

- Extensive experience in Category or Senior Merchandise roles
- Deep category commercial and financial knowledge and skills
- Extensive procurement / category management background and knowledge of best practice
- A strong understanding of inventory management processes, including demand planning and forecasting, and supplier management
- Ability to lead through influence and develop high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, etc. or a Master of Business Administration would be desirable
