What you'll do:

Due to an internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Profit Protection Manager to join the team. In this key national position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic goals and enhancing our financial performance. You'll oversee inventory processes and achieve Profit Protection targets across both company and franchise stores. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between stores and the support office to create value for Wesfarmers Health and our Franchise Partners.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a related discipline within an FMCG or retail environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with system management tools such as SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms is desirable
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory control, fulfillment processes, IT systems, financial reporting, and retail operational standards
  • Secondary and/or tertiary qualifications are preferred
