**Description**:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in based in Banyo. This role is a part-time 20 hour per week position Monday - Thursday 5 hours per day. This role plays a crucial role in supporting the People and Culture department by managing various HR related tasks. This position ensures smooth HR operations and enhances employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare any FWA, confirmation of employment and other letters to staff when requested.
Administer probation reviews and performance appraisals, ensuring timely completion and escalation as needed.
Coach and guide managers and employees on parental leave process.
Review exit survey feedback and analyse key trends.
Manage weekly absenteeism reporting for Brisbane client groups.
Managing electronic personnel records and filing documentation.
Support various HR projects, including HRIS implementation and compliance reviews.
General enquiries.
Assist onboarding and induction of new starters.
Assist with annual refresher training.

Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR processes.
Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
