Supply Chain Specialist

Assist the retail and commercial buying teams in day-to-day administrative tasks. Respond and resolve all queries related to the end-to-end supply chain raised by internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity to ensure our algorithm outputs are accurate, this includes pricing, ordering and reporting.
- Perform routine inventory audits to maximize the efficiency of our current stock holdings.
- Manage existing POs and current bookings.
- Oversee the auto receiving system (PCC) to ensure accurate setup of suppliers and couriers.
- Create, manage and enrich new items that align with receiving and ordering processes.
- Load and manage all rebates.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions.

**Qualifications**
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, sumifs, Index/Match, IFERROR etc).
- Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Understanding of Supply Chain concepts and competent in ERP Systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Exceptional in communicating and problem solving.
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations for informed decision-making.
- High level computer literacy with experience using ticketing management systems.

**Additional Information**
- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- Annual Salary $70,000 + Super + Benefits
