Our business is growing rapidly, which has created an opportunity for experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a permanent or contract basis.
The Project Coordinator role is to help the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and implement agreed delivery and workforce management processes and models for pricing, costing, and accounting to manage reporting and ensure the ongoing maintenance of work streams.
- Ensure that all jobs are correctly assigned and manage the workflow (paperwork) process from initial work order to invoicing of the client.
- Prepare management dashboards and reports to effectively track the delivery program including the status of each project from a status, profitability, workforce management and billing.
- Regular reporting of billable hours, services revenue, margins, and profitability
- Prepare and coordinate managed services and client KPI reports.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project services deliverables are tracked and reported on each month.
- Assist with project changes controls and accurately record in track system.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd party service providers commercials as required
- Ensure that documentation for best practice process and standards is constantly being written, improved, and consistently utilised
**Requirements**:
- NV1 Clearance is required for this role
- Bachelor's degree in IT business or related field of study
- Three years of experience in a related field
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Qualification in a Project Management Methodology i.e.: Prince 2, PMBok
- A good understanding of Desktop and Server technologies, Operating Systems, Application software and peripherals
- Experience in developing and following project plans
- Ability to work under pressure to meet quality and productivity goals
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and people skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of administrative skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
