The Central Procurement Unit sits within the Finance and Assurance Team and is responsible for ensuring Comcare complies with Commonwealth Procurement Rules, _Modern Slavery Act 2018_ reporting and has effective contract management arrangements.
The Procurement Officer provides advice and support to Comcare’s Executive and internal stakeholder’s regarding procurement and contract management. Working in a small team, the Procurement Officer will support and facilitate Comcare’s procurements to ensure compliance with the _Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013_, Commonwealth Procurement Rules, _Modern Slavery Act 2018_ and support Comcare in achieving its outcomes.
