Help us create an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping experience at high profile Dealership sites, selling our new energy Electric Vehicles.

Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for individuals who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for the launch of this exciting new Electric Vehicle brand in Australia.

We are open minded regarding the right background, but you may have had a head start in big brand Retail, Tech, Real Estate or Telecommunications. Regardless of your work history, you must have exceptional inter-personal skills and an engaging personality. Having a flexible and agile approach will be critical to support our business as it grows in Australia.

A BYD Genius introduces the buyer to the BYD product, working with the support of a small team.

A Genius is trained to know the specifics of the vehicles, from engine capabilities to performance features, and experience in this role is not prerequisite although customer service is. This is a casual role up to 30 hours per week.

Desirable Criteria
- Exceptional people skills
- Personal drive to meet KPI’s and targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills or the ability to learn these
- Have a valid manual driver’s license
- A natural passion for one or a combination of Cars, High Tech, Retail, People, or the Environment
- A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge
