**About the Role**

This is stand alone Safety Advisor position reporting into the Operations Manager and taking part of the Operations Team. This role will provide Health and Safety support and advice within a fast paced, multifaceted environment. It will give you the opportunity to join a dynamic, organisation and influence the safety culture of the business. You will have the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to monitor and enhance the Health and Safety of the organisation.

In this role you will;
- Support the ongoing management of the safety management system
- Continuously promote health and safety initiatives across the organisation
- Assess ongoing safety risks and develop action plans to ensure compliance
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of complex safety matters
- Maintain health and safety policies and procedures
- Support the improvement of health and safety practices across the site

**About You**
- Qualifications in Health and Safety or a related discipline
- Ability to champion and Safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to support and engage with all levels of an organisation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in Safety Reporting
