**About the role**:
Repairs, installation and maintenance on fixed plant assets.
- Display an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
- Provide active field leadership, mentoring and guidance to our shutdown teams
- Manage and coordinate internal resources
- Manage high risk activities in a structured and controlled manner utilising existing business processes and systems
- Work collaboratively with multiple team members across various departments
- Ensure that all works are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Foster and pursue operational excellence through continuous improvement
**Requirements**:
- High Risk Work Licence (Advanced Scaffolding ticket)
- Section 44 For Authorised Persons (preferred)
- Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years)
- Construction White Card
- First Aid and CPR (preferred)
- Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly skilled in, and familiar with fixed plant maintenance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug test
