We are currently looking for Scaffolding Supervisors with experience in ore processing facilities and shutdown execution.

**DUTIES OF THE ROLE**
- Manage labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works.
- Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behavior's.
- Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
- Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
- Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a supervisor
- Current High-Risk Licence (SA) highly desirable
- Current Section 44 - Or willing to obtain.
- Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years)
- Have experience coordinating maintenance teams including scheduled shutdowns.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in scaffolding and relevant standards and codes.
- A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug test.
