Salary: base pay $70,000-$80,000 per annum

Scaf-West is hiring multiple full-time Scaffolders across WA. We hold a long- term list of awarded contracts and repeat clients that guarantee you the stability of work now and into the future. Key Duties

• Erecting, dismantling and altering tube & fitting scaffolds
• Working material out for the job to keep coming days work efficient
• Discussing scaffold with supervisor as to needs of job on a daily basis
• Communicating with supervisor regarding gear, vehicles and team required and time spent on certain activities
• Carrying out tasks within agreed time limits
• Carrying out "Scaffold Inspection Checklist" for each project
• Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated work
• Discussing with clients the job requirements
• Reviewing & carrying out Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures that form part of company as and when required. In addition providing feedback when they identify deficiencies, discrepancies or potential improvements
• Communicating with up line as to the job's accommodating features
• Responsible for allocated workload and meet all targets as agreed with reporting manager

Essential Skills & Knowledge

• Hold relevant qualifications and have completed an appropriate apprenticeship
• Skills in the configuring, erection and dismantling of scaffolding
• Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience
• Scaffold Basic Ticket + Working & Height + Confined Space
• Ability to fit in and work well in a team environment
• Requisite knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations for this role
• Friendly and approachable
• Understand and deliver good customer service
• Good attention to detail
• Demonstrate good time management and project management skills
• Driving licence

The Compensation

Salary: base pay $70,000-$80,000 per annum

This Wage Calculation is based on the base rate of a full time employee working a standard 38 hr per week. Over time penalties are paid on top of this and additional remuneration for remote works and living away allowances.

You can expect regular pay reviews where you will be given key development focal points to ensure continuing growth in ability and income.
