**POSITION OBJECTIVES**

To lead a section of our Production function to deliver safe and high-quality foods to company and customer specification.

Achieve consistent quality and efficient production outcomes.

Clearly communicate with Production Manager and team members to ensure accuracy of orders packed and documentation.

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of production area.

Monitor process flow and KPIs.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team in bulk area, including assigning tasks and managing tasks
- Ensure food production workers are able to complete tasks in the production area.
- Provide clear and concise communication with team members to ensure KPI's are achieved each day.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out accurately and orders are correct
- Leads and sets example of safety on the worksite and ensure any hazards, near misses and incidents for their team are reported in a timely manner.
- Assist in problem solving exercises.
- Sets the example for the company values of Krio Krush and KFS
- Any other task required to be completed as per the direction of the Production Manager.

**ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Two years minimum experience in the food industry.
- Certificate II in Food Processing (desired but not essential).
- Good understanding of food and manufacturing industry standards.
- Excellent Time Management Skills and can work as a team or independently.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and has good communication skills.
- Awareness of occupational health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Desire to learn and grow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Food production: 1 year (required)
