Kingsgrove, Australia South West Evangelical Church Full time

South-West Evangelical Church (SWEC) is seeking whom God has prepared for this important leadership role for the staff team, leadership teams, and volunteers across our two congregations (English and Mandarin). Under God, SWEC prayerfully aims to continue to be a church that makes, matures, mobilises, and multiplies disciples of Jesus in our neighbouring suburbs, especially among the many ethnically diverse communities in these areas.

The south and inner south-west of Sydney, with key suburbs such as Beverly Hills, Campsie, Hurstville, and Earlwood, have a growing population of over 130,000. Furthermore, they represent some of the most ethnically diverse suburbs in the whole of Sydney, with over 60% of families having both parents born overseas. In our local area, non-Anglo Australians are the majority, in particular Chinese, Lebanese, Greek, and Nepalese communities.

- A degree qualification (Bachelors or above) in a recognised evangelical Bible college or seminary.
