**Marketing and Communications Manager**
Firbank Grammar are currently looking for an innovative, creative and dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager, who will ensure that all marketing activities and initiatives are coordinated and implemented appropriately across our three campuses.
The successful applicant will need to have relationship management and marketing experience and have demonstrated a real go-getter attitude.
**About the Role**
This is a **full time**, ongoing position, commencing immediately. The Marketing and Communications Manager will:

- Report to the Chief Commercial Officer;
- Manage three direct reports;
- Create, and direct others to create, written content across a broad array of traditional and social media channels; and
- Strong planning and multi project management environment.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in managing an effective team;
- Ability to ‘deliver’ under time pressure;
- Experienced across a broad array of channels;
- Sensitive to multiple, highly engaged audiences;
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the Education sector would be advantageous
