**G'day digital marketing professionals of Sydney**

This highly skilled digital media team are after a passionate Content and Social Manager to join their award-winning, full-service agency. You will jump in ready to hit the ground running.

You will love working in a fast-paced, vibrant, and supportive work culture. You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**THE MAIN BITS & PIECES**:

- Creating client briefs, developing strategies and solutions, and then executing on these strategies with your killer team.
- You will manage and inspire a team of digital and social media pros.
- You'll use your data skills to drive best practice across research, trends and insights.
- You'll continuously build the business up by actively seeking new business opportunities, and cross-selling to existing clients.
- You will manage interstate relations (internal & external) whilst supporting the Brisbane team in producing high-quality work across client program development, implementation to reporting, meeting, and exceeding campaigns.

- You're across all digital marketing channels with a core focus on Social Media & Analytics.
- An organised, pro-active, creative, supportive team player.
- A true go-getter and the drive to move forward into new business territory.
- You're a pro with communication & relationships, with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- You will have a strong understanding of multi-channel or merged media campaign development including Social channel, content + paid strategy, influencer marketing + relationship management, paid social campaign development + delivery, and content production.
