- Establish and develop a comprehensive, sales-result-driven marketing strategies
- Own all aspects of marketing including execution of marketing plans and tasks, project delivery, performance tracking etc.
- Assist managing director to achieve the goal of business branding and expending from the marketing perspectives
- Justify additional investment and resource allocation through detailed analysis and forecasting, effective management of program marketing budget(s) with accountability for maximizing the return on marketing investment.
- Partner closely with Sales to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Work collaboratively across all business units and departments to drive and deliver on growth objectives
- Lead and manage marketing team and further develop team capacity and competency
- Effective stakeholder relationship management

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in B2B & B2C, CRM, retention marketing or similar disciplines
- Strong project and campaign management skills
- Possess both management and hands-on skills
- Experience working in diverse structures and a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Australian PR or citizen

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
